On Saturday, April 17th, our team took a trip to Syosset, NY to arrange wedding decor for our lovely newly-wedded clients, Rahul & Shilpa! Their wedding took place at the Bedi Mansion - a private-owned Villa consisting of wide open spaces within its corridors, three outdoor decks fit for entertaining and relaxing, and a large pool to complete this perfect spring getaway for anyone and their guests to enjoy.
A lavish sign greeted guests as they made their way through the Airbnb's entrance to the bride & groom's ceremony. Syosset's weather, with a high of 64 degrees and only slightly cloudy skies, made the momentous afternoon possible for the guests of honor as they spent their beautiful outdoor ceremony poolside! What could be more picture-perfect than that?
Right by the pool, our team put together a small ceremonial seating area fit for Rahul & Shilpa. With overhead hanging wisteria, combined with beautiful cherry blossom trees to go on either side, and paired with small and medium-sized lanterns, this space matched well with the natural scenery of the outdoor space. To bring the entire stage together, we included a tall, green moss wall with the bride & groom's names scripted to showcase the day's guests of honor.
Not only did our decor team have a part in arranging this gorgeous space, our entertainment took the reigns as well! As part of their production package, our very own E3DJs provided a number of poolside lounge spaces for guests to mingle and relax during the special day.
The company offers lounge furniture, such as this, that includes powder-white sofas, a center table, and an overhead tent to complete the space. With combined hard work between our decor and entertainment teams, it goes without saying that they truly made Rahul & Shilpa's wedding day an Exclusive Event. As we look at their smiling faces in the photo below, we can't express just how happy we were to assist in making the couple's utmost special day one to truly remember forever.
In addition, we had the pleasure of working alongside the photography team at Jayresh Production, as well as entertainer DJ Kucha, both of whom made this day possible as well.
